South Salem firefighters were called to respond to an accident after a minivan crashed into DeCicco's Food Market in Cross River on Monday, according to fire officials. The heavy rain accompanying the Nor'easter that is sweeping through Westchester resulted in the closure of portions of the Bronx River Parkway, Hutchinson River Parkway and Saw Mill River Parkway in Westchester on Tuesday.
