A South Salem, N.Y. woman was arrested after she allegedly engaged officers in a pursuit and injured one officer with her vehicle. An officer on patrol observed a vehicle partially in the roadway of Oenoke Ridge Road with its hazard lights on shortly before 1 a.m. March 11. The officer spoke with the operator, identified as Donna Berisha, 52. Officers made several attempts to get her vehicle to stop and attempted to remove her from the vehicle.

McCarty announced that Tess Keegan, 23, of 315 Route 21, South Salem, New York, pled guilty today to the following: one count of Violation of Section 1192 Subdivision 3 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York, an unclassified Misdemeanor The crash occurred on Aug. 7, 2015 at about 12:05 am, when Keegan was behind the wheel of a 2010 Kia Forte heading southbound in the northbound lanes of the Saw Mill River Parkway in New Castle, according to the DA.
