The arrests were part of a joint investigation by the county's Department of Public Safety and the Lewisboro Police Department. Two South Salem residents, and one North Salem man, were arrested on felony narcotics charges earlier this month in Lewisboro following a six-month investigation into alleged heroin dealing, according to Westchester County police.
