A South Salem woman was arrested after she allegedly engaged New Canaan, CT police officers in a pursuit and injured one officer with her vehicle. An officer on patrol observed a vehicle partially in the roadway of Oenoke Ridge Road in New Canaan with its hazard lights on shortly before 1 a.m. March 11. The officer spoke with the operator, identified as Donna Berisha, 52. Officers made several attempts to get her vehicle to stop and attempted to remove her from the vehicle.
