The Wolf Conservation Center in South Salem will celebrate another year of its dual mission of education and conservation with its annual Wine & Wolves celebration and auction from 7-10 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 3 at the Carriage House at the Waccabuc Country Club. The center, founded by world-famous concert pianist Helene Grimaud, conducts environmental education programs, shelters and breeds two species of endangered wolves as part of the federal Species Survival Plan program.
