North Salem residents and well known musicians Misha and Cipa Dichter will perform a series of piano pieces including works by Schubert:, Brahms, Bizet and Dvorak, as part of The Sanctuary Series on Sunday, April 24. The threads running through much of the program are a celebration of the dance and of the influences of Hungarian/Slavic music, explained Misha. "Our first half is a work by Schubert with a decidedly Hungarian flavor, indeed, it's titled 'Divertissement a la Hongroise,' followed by five Brahms Hungarian Dances.
