Playwright Brings 'Little Creek' To South Salem

Dramatic readings of a new play that highlights family life amid racial tensions in the 1950s are planned for later this months at the Spring Street Arts Center at St. John's in South Salem. Directed by Zoya Kachadurian, "Little Creek" takes the stage at 8 p.m. on Oct. 14 and Oct. 15. Written by local playwright and former director Gayle Hudson, of Waccabuc, the play is loosely based on on a real person she met as a child growing up in Delaware.
