A car crash that caused property damage led to the arrest of a New York man early Friday in Bethel, police said. Charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, evading responsibility and unsafe movement is Jeffrey Arlynn, 41, of 176 Laurel Ridge Road, South Salem.
