After a week and a half of searches, the New York City Department of Environmental Protection found the plane's propeller, control panel, a firewall and parts of the engine, wings, cockpit, and tail. As previously reported , divers found human remains in the reservoir thought to belong to South Salem residents Val Horsa and Taew Robinson.
