Two Westchester County Republicans jumped into the race this week for the 18th Congressional District seat, raising the number of GOP candidates to six, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal. Phil Oliva Jr. of Somers filed his paperwork with the Federal Election Commission on Monday, Jan. 4. Two days later, John Lange of South Salem, filed as well, according to the Journal.
