New York State Police charged a South Salem man with aggravated driving while intoxicated in Lewisboro on Sunday, Oct. 5, officials said. Neil P. Regan, 58, was pulled over for allegedly crossing hazardous pavement markings and was suspected of being intoxicated upon further investigation, police said.
