Michael J. O'Loughlin, 90, Of Bedford Hills, Formerly Of Cross River

BEDFORD HILLS, N.Y. Michael J. O'Loughlin, of Bedford Hills and formerly of Cross River, died Saturday, March 7, at Salem Hills Health Center of Purdys. He was 90. O'Loughlin was born on Jan. 16, 1925, to Jose and Ramona Lugo, and was the owner/operator of Holly House on Pamela Lane in South Salem.
